July 1st, 2026 - Rafting on Formoso River with Resort:

Rafting tour on inflatable boats along a 6 km route, passing through three waterfalls and two rapids stop with a swimming option of approximately 20 minutes. Disembarkation is at Ilha do Padre, where the local infrastructure features several decks and waterfalls for swimming. Suitable for all ages and life jackets and guides are included. Formerly known as Ilha do Padre, today Eco Park Porto da Ilha is a 3-hectare ecological conservation area where tourist activities are developed for the whole family. Access to the swimming area where visitors can cool off in the waterfalls formed by the currents of the Formoso River.

Minimum age 5 years

Departure: 1:00 PM

Rafting occurs at 2:40 PM - Several boats

Duration: approximately 2 hours

Return: 5:00 PM

Expected arrival at Zagaia: 5:30 PM

What to bring for rafting: Swimwear, sandals or flip-flops, towel (provided by the Zagaia Hotel hosts), sunscreen, insect repellent; cameras and cell phones are prohibited, except GoPro with original mount.

The deadline to request any changes is April 30.

Please note: for changes to options 03 and 04 in the link above, snorkeling equipment is mandatory and not included in the package covered by the registration fee. A fee of US$ 30.00 will be charged on site for equipment rental.
